The experience is driven by a highly awarded and worldly team who are determined to evolve traditions past. Bonded by a love of food and hospitality, Silk Road’s team aims to transport guests as they step through the doors. The experience celebrates the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent through the voice of our team and the bounty of Australian produce. The team draws on memories of their childhoods in India, England and Australia along with chef Dan Brown’s exemplary and creative techniques to bring together a story that echoes the ancient Silk Roads.
Anticipate a relaxed intimate evening with all the stories, flavours and textures that represent this beautiful country we live in with an influence of the Indian subcontinent.
