Our efforts to help Brisbane during this pandemic
We have rethought our entire business model to ensure that we can provide our customers with the most incredible and safe service possible while helping the community. Bodega is Botero House's delivery arm that allows us to function competitively on Uber Eats. It allows us to do what we do best and thats making incredible food and drinks to keep Brisbane fuelled. We have also launched our own online store that will be able to provide you with more variety and flexibility than we can offer on Uber Eats.
Our delivery & pickup system will be contactless and safe for both yourself and our staff.
Key health & safety implementations:
- Our staff undergo daily health screens to ensure no symptoms are present
- We have divided our staff into two groups to ensure business continuity and no cross contamination occurs
- Our entire operation is run inline with the strictest hygiene protocols with added routine cleans and checks
Supporting the community:
Together with your help we will supporting the community in three ways.
1. Keeping our incredible team in a job or at least providing them with meals. The Botero House ownership group have taken the active decision to keep our staff employed at the expense of any profit making in the short term.
2. #boterofeeds / #feedthefrontline is seeking to bring a little bit of joy to the daily lives of those working on the front lines - risking their own livelihood to get us through this crisis. At the end of the week we will be donate coffee and food to our Front Line workers. Click here to find out more.
3. We will be looking to setup services that will allow us to continuously help those impacted by this pandemic that are not eligible for government support (for example certain Visa holders).
